conflict of interest ??  I think that depends on the player. Personally i thought it selfish of Tamsin to say she had to put the strongest team out there and then pick herself.

I’m not sure what Mikki A is like but i wonder if her dream of playing for the Roses has slipped away so she picking a different path.

or is having a season to get herself fully fit after a serious injury?

As for Mikki Austin, was she ever in contention for England?  I’d have said she’s way too short if nothing else…

I can’t recall Austin ever being on the England radar….

Pretty certain Lauren Steadman’s stand down from LL wasn’t her choice…. given that she’s joined a London based Prem team I suspect she’ll train (sign?) with one of the 3 London based sides.

Brilliant! Having Bayman coach her, will hopefully give Jess that extra edge to her game and really see her potential realised. She’s already a fab midcourter, but I don’t think her time at Bath has seen her shine as she had to share court time with Ritchie and Mayes never let her run out a full game that I saw.

Even better! Everitt is a cracking WD and the best possible replacement for Cobden?

    She is a good replacement.

To start in the Superleague, as she did for Mavericks at the age of 16 certainly shows how impressive she is!
