That’s an outstanding pick-up. She was very impressive at the Super Club tournament and was able to take it to some of the top wing attacks in NZ. I hope she gets the start because I believe she is more than capable at this level.

Good to see some more NSW talent coming in. Is she a WD/GD? I don’t remember seeing her play anywhere.

I am so excited to see what Matilda can do. I saw her playing for Liverpool back when she was in 14s and 15s and she was incredible. A cut above the rest.

She can probably play all 3 defensive positions, but probably a little short for GK now. Definitely a smart signing for the future. She played up in the Opens this year at premier league instead of 20s. She played well but still has a bit of work to do. Great potential though.

Just one N in that surname? That’ll catch a few people out. And we now have two young defenders in the competition called “Matilda”. Wouldn’t have thought that too likely.

I just went to watch the ANL semi she was in with the Waratahs and noticed she was on the bench, interesting that a bench player gets a Giants call up, Fitzgerald must think she has a lot of potential, good on her

Its a very young squad. Good on Julie for developing the team. Will Price be the main C?

Looks like it. Which I think is good for Australia. Unless they move Green to C and Austin to WA. Of course they could do a bit of both.

Green’s legs wouldn’t last the season as C.  She just made this season as WA.

Might help that there is supposed to be a 4 week break, for the world champs.
