The end.  (That’s the bit that I imagined as the last sentence. )

    Leadership Group :heat:
Has there been any indication yet as to who will form the Leadership of each Team? – Who is your choice for your Team?

I expect Chelsea Pitman will be captain at the Thunderbirds. Mainly because there aren’t a lot of other options. Kate Shimmin will be vice. She will have enough trouble battling for her position. I would also really like to see Hannah Petty in the leadership group. She was the Aus U21 captain.

Just had a look at the draw, so in round 3.  There are 2 games being played at the same time, although venue still TBC.

And on June 10th Queen BDay, there is a game at Lunch time, I would have thought mid arvo might have been better, considering it’s not even a TV game.

Plus a lot of Saturday afternoon games, is that the same amount as last year??

That’s great news. With the new netball stadium over there, it would be a pity for it not to be utilized in SSN.

Interesting changes. Looks like the bonus point system will be staying, but if teams finish on the same points, wins will  be used before percentage. There will also be some more movement allowed from the bench. Also very interesting that ANL and the preseason tournie will be using rolling subs, which is a big change people having been crying out for for a while. It’s not in SSN yet, but it’s obviously in the process.

Yeah current substitution rules are a joke, really. The rest of the changes just window-dressing, although bringing player/team recruitment conversations out of the shadows (can’t convince me it wasn’t already happening on the QT) isn’t a bad thing.

    At least there’s no 2 point shot. . . . . yet.    :cool2:   :dance2:
