    Just watched this game.

There is a lot to like about this Swift’s team.

Sam Wallace is a stand out. For all the fuss about Proscovia and Fowler, Wallace just goes about her business without all the attention the other two seem to attract.

Being 7 down at QTR time, this Swift’s team could’ve and in the past probably would have dropped away. But full credit to them for coming back and then just powering over the Fever.

Fever played much better then last week. It helped that the GA turned up to play and the C and WA found their shooters easier. But I am still not convinced Stanton is the answer at GA. The challenge is to see if she can repeat this performance week after week.

Another double digit winning margin. Will this year’s edition of  the SSN turn out like the ANZP with a clear top half and  then the others? So far it is looking like that. Vixens, Swifts, Lightning and then Giants and Magpies to fight out for  for 4th.

I like Will McCloy doing the Netball Show, but not quite so much commentating. And all that team Mother’s Day stuff is what the Netball Show is for. Not pre match fillers.

Even if the competition does have clear favourites currently the Tbirds FBs and Fever are at the bottom and any one of these teams can cause an upset, especially when Bruce and Simpson are back for their respective teams.
