The ANL games seem to have been mis-filed in my netball. They (or at least some of them) are listed as a competition run by netball Tasmania  for example the SA v Vic game is at

    http://my.netball.com.au/common/pages/public/rv/match.aspx?matchid=5835825&entityid=38951&gradeid=39993_1&save=0

Looks like it’s now fixed (thank you ANL). Fixture, results, ladder at

    http://my.netball.com.au/common/pages/public/rv/draw.aspx?gradeid=10621_1&seasonid=101&save=0&entityid=51583

Clicking on the orange arrow in the far right of the fixture/results table takes you to the player and team details for each match

This is interesting.. normally the Storm are easy beats? Whats the reason behind their competitiveness? Still only won 1 game but their margin in their losses is respectable.

All ANL teams are now affiliated with an SSN team. Territory Storm are linked to Sunshine Coast Lightning, and include the four Lightning training squad members. SSN bench players also often take the court for the ANL game following the SSN game if they didn’t get much court time in the main game.

For example, the Fury v Giants game that followed the Vixens v Giants round 2 match featured Venter, Dehaney and Dunkley from the Vixens, and McDonell and Hay from Giants who hadn’t played (much) in the earlier match.

You will usually see 2 games between the same ANL teams over a weekend and they will have very different results/margins. That’s because SSN players may be available for one game but not the other.

Waratahs doing well against Fury and up by 2 in the 1st q.  Malesala and Leatherbarrow with some sweet shooting, Fraser and Bennetts working hard and some clever clearing moves. Fury playing Dunkly, dehaney and Ventnor. Ine Marie went off after an awkward land on Style’s foot but has returned fir the 2nd.
