I live in Australia so I haven’t been able to watch any of the VNSL, but with the announcement of the Australian team this week, I was wondering about what the English Roses team could be looking like. I think Harten and Housby have locked down the GS/GA, Haythornthwaite will probs have WA with Pittman back up. Clarke seems to have played well in England, and her and Guthrie will probs have the C/WD with Cobden out of the mix. Geva has GK locked down, with Francis pushing for GD, with Beckford-Chambers and Agbeze back-up. This is a very experience but older team, and am wondering whether there is any youngsters that have been eye-catching in the VNSL, in any of the three thirds??

Francis isn’t in the squad so I’m guessing it will be same as before. Agbeze and then EBC to wear them down.

The only change I can see will be Guscoth at GD: we’ve all been waiting for years to see her in the Roses
